1. Testing principle Analyzer is medical equipment developed by our company, when testing reagent card, the determinand in sample combine with colloidal gold or fluorescent markers and respectively form immune complex on the test region and control region.When the colloidal gold or latex reagent card is inserted into analyzer, the excitation light irradiate on test region and control region,than it is collected and translated into electrical signals. The intensity of light absorption is proportional to the complex concentration on test region and control region, analyzer based on scan signal and proper mathematical model to be quantitative calculation, and get the qualitative or semi-quantitative result of the analyte content in determinand sample .The fluorescent reagent card is the same as colloidal gold or latex reagent card.
2. Scope The analyzer is used with the colloidal gold, latex and fluorescence immunochromatography kit, it is used for qualitative or semi-quantitative analysis of specific colloidal gold and latex reagents, for quantitative analysis of specific fluorescence immunochromatography reagents.
3. Approved Analyzer is manufactured and tested according to the national standards, Electromagnetic emission and Electromagnetic immunity requirements meet relevant applicable terms of GB/T 18268.1 and GB/T 18268.26.
